At Pink Ginger Hairdressing, we have created a beautifully inviting salon. We are located in the Redlands suburb of Capalaba, in Brisbane’s sunny Bayside.
It was our mission to create a place where clients come to relax and be indulged completely. A place of serenity away from their hectic lives.
To achieve this, we take advantage of the most up-to-date fittings and fixtures which allow our clients the ultimate in relaxation. Our salon serves delicious coffee, tea and treats.
Our salon respects and values people’s time – we run on time and don’t leave clients waiting. Our booking system allows our stylists the time they need to dedicate uninterrupted to each client.
Our team collates thorough, ongoing and comprehensive histories of each of our client’s services. We value our after service care.
At our salon, we greet each and every client warmly – each client is a guest in our salon and they are treated as such.
Our clients are listened to and looked after completely. Our stylists accompany each client to the door at the end of their service where they are farewelled in a caring manner.
Our salon is a calm and relaxed place to visit. It is kept clean and tidy – as inviting to our last client of the day, as it is for the first.
Our staff dress immaculately, their hair and make up done to look professional and indicative of our industry.
All of our staff are friendly and approachable and work together as a team toward a common goal – the happiness of each client.
Our Consultation Process
We realise and believe that the consultation is the most important part of your hairdressing experience. You may feel less than confident, unsure of what you may want or need. It is extremely important that you are listened to and guided by a professional.
To make your time at Pink Ginger Hairdressing all it should be, the purpose of the consultation is to put you at ease and really enjoy the process and experience.
Through listening to you on how you feel about your hair, allows us to achieve the look, feel and manageability of your style and colour.
Not just stepping out of the salon perfect – we want our clients to achieve looks that they desire every day.
We will show you how to create looks and give you product knowledge and healthy hair tips to continue to maintain and achieve your intended goal.
