Staff was very quick and short to begin with, and as the job was about a quote of work that they don’t do, they quickly hung up without closing the telephone conversation properly. I understand that we are all busy and while RJF Plumbing may provide excellent quality of work, being rude over a very short phone conversation to potential customers is not excusable.”
“Wouldn’t recommend. Charged us $600 for a 3 hr job (excluding parts) – rang him up about it and he says he wrote down the wrong number, sounds a bit dodgy to me! Also didn’t provide the invoice or list for the parts he bought and charged us for. I found a whole lot of brand new unused plumbing fittings in my bin after he left, so I have no idea if I ended up paying for those too… He didn’t do the job properly the first time, but he was happy to come back and fix it.”
