“I went in today and asked for a trim. Showed a PIC of my last haircut and stated I wanted an inch off. Wound up with it about two inches shorter on my left side and an inch shorter on my right. Plus after brushing out the sub par blow wave, I found multiple locks of hair on the left side that hang about an inch longer. So my hair is butchered. Plus she feathered it without asking or telling me at the time. So I have an uneven bowl cut. Still charged me and denied me a receipt. For the love of God, do not let these people anywhere near your hair. ”
“My $1200 gold Belcher Necklacef was allegedly stolen by a staff member after having a spray tan and was never to be seen again after I noticed I had left it there and made many phone calls and visits back to the salon to be told that it wasn’t there by the owner and that she believed that her staff were trustworthy even though the girl who tanned me had asked me if I needed help to take it off prior to the tan being applied and I replied “no, I’ll be ok ” I then said to her “I’ll just put it down on the table in the tanning booth and I’ll put it on after the tan was applied”the girl tanned me then left me to dry the tan with the the nozel.About 5 minutes later she was knocking on the sliding door and abruptly asked me if I was finished.I assumed that she must’ve had another client so I quickly put my dress on and grabbed my bag and rushed out to the front counter to pay and left. About midday i was at the airport to pick my fiance up and noticed that I had left my necklace at Gabbi’s when I had my tan done, I tried to call the salon but there wasn’t any answer”
