In times past, the Barber Shop was the Social Club, a local hub for gentlemen to gather and discuss ideas, share a drink and spruce up – all under the same roof.
Nestled on Prahran’s bustling Greville Street, Brother Wolf goes beyond the concept of simply cuts and shaves; it cultivates a sense of community.
Sip a beer, savour a whiskey, shoot the breeze.
Padraig Whelehan has honed his craft in Dublin, New York, Sydney and Melbourne, and offers an array of the finest traditional services, including fades, hot towel shaves, pomps, quiffs and contours.
Brother Wolf endeavours to create a fellowship, a place where gentlemen come to inspire each other and release their dapper potential.
“Great product with some talented hairdressers. I would rate higher however been here a number of times and waited up to an hour to get my haircut. The booking system seems disorganised and frustrating when busy. If I could get in and out I would go here everytime. Would recommend anyone to call up or put name down in advance.”
“The Name brother wolf is the first reason for me to get there., the best hair cuts ever and that’s awesome. And the music tracks you guys play is a luxury (Very good music). I’ve been coming to you for haircuts for months now, and I have to say it’s always a great experience. So thanks a lot, and keep up the good work!”
“Legends all round a really cool spot for a chop. Ask for Archie, damn fine barber and a funny mf. Walked straight in, love the blackboard system. Was out in 30 mins. ”
“Best place to get a cut! Brings back that old school feel about barber shops! Went in when they first opened and haven’t been anywhere else since. Chur boys.”
“I usually go to Rockit barber in the city (who are also awesome). But They are unfortunatly closed on weekends and that’s when I have had some time for myself lately. So the last few times I’ve gone to these guys and they have been super busy but still super accomodating to me and my dog. Their cuts are always spot on. They may charge slightly more than my other barber but still well worth it and still 10 bucks cheaper than the uber try hard kings barber on toorak IMO anyway. Great job dudes!”
