“Came here to to get their special Vichy shower steam and wash, scrub and mud. It was just as good as what i remembered from several years ago. The only thing i noticed is just like the user below mentioned is that it says it is an hour long but technically it’s probably 45 min..Still worth the time out. The changing colorful lights and the whole atmosphere is so relaxing. I really think this is something everyone should consider doing once every 6 months or when the going gets tough and you need to relax. I highly recommend this place for all your relaxing needs.”

“I had a lovely 2 hour package today with a friend, and it was amazing. The best massage I have had in a long time. I had a really sore neck before the massage and facial, but now, is all fixed up, thanks to my great masseuse, you have magic hands indeed. “I am not usually one to complain or even write up reviews on experiences, I generally understand when there are difficulties or problems. However today I was left so angry and enraged that I am following up with a review. Today I left my home in parramatta and took a bus and 2 trains to spa sense. It was Pouring rain. I had left my 3 week old baby at home as I needed to use my groupon voucher by next week. I am still in pain and uncomfortable from 
The labour. However I made the 2 hour trip to kograh anyway. When I arrived at spa sense I advised that I had a 12pm booking for a 3 hour spa package. I was then told they did not have my booking. I explained that I had travelled for 2 hours and asked them to sort it out. I was then told they did not have my booking. If I wanted I could come back in one hour but I would only be offered one hour of my 3 hour package. I was so angry I left and made the 2 hour travel back to my home in parramatta. I would NEVER recommend spa sense- I was disgusted by the unprofessionalism and lack of consideration.”
“Visiting this place for the last 2 years or so, but recently the quality has dropped remarkably. The place used to be squeaky clean but no more, the towels are smelly (of oil), worn out (they leave lint all over you) and the service is disastrous. Swedish massage, facial…both are being done by amateurs, they can’t even remember strokes evenly on right and left! Have a couple of vouchers left, would not bother buying anymore.”

“Went in for the 3 hr package. Started 10 minutes late and finished 10 minutes early. Spent more than 15 minutes all up preparing things throughout so was only 2.5 hrs all up. Also didn’t massage areas like feet and tummy. Not like other places I’ve been.”
