“Used my Ouffer voucher, I got a weekday booking within a couple of days of actually receiving the voucher. The atmosphere leaves a bit to be desired but the girls there are lovely and friendly and there is a large variety of beauty treatments available at very reasonable prices. Hot Stone massage and parrafin hand mask were my favourites. Located in the parade opposite Eastwood plaza.”
“The first time I went the lady was in the middle of doing my facial when she told me I looked quiet old for my age which I just assumed was a tactic to get me to pay more for a upgrade she was offering (didn’t work). The next time I went I had the same lady she asked me whether I had gotten a job yet (I have a permanent illness which leaves me unable to work) when I said no she called me lazy then she did the quickest cleanse ever then left me with the steamer on my face for 20 minutes while she went and worked on someone else (the walls are thin you can hear everything) then came back for the scrub told me my face was dirty and then had a giggle with the other beauty therapist in the room in another language and made it quite obvious she was talking about me. Five minutes later she then said “If you spend so much time at home you should do some exercise, how many kilos you have”. At this point I was ready to walk out the door but as I went with my mum and she was enjoying her treatment I just pretended I was asleep for the rest of the facial. (I should point out that I am overweight but not hugely plus you go to a beauty therapist to feel good about yourself not be insulted throughout the treatment). They also ask after every step they do if you want to pay for an upgrade by the time you get to moisturizing it gets extremely annoying Overall they told me I was old, lazy, fat and dirty I definitely won’t be back.”
