<p>The next step is deciding the placement. There is a method I use to measure the correct starting point, highest point and ending position. This ensures brows are technically correct, and when they are combined with my experience and artistic license, they are perfect.</p>

<p>Eyeliner tattooing is a highly specialised form of cosmetic tattooing. It requires precision and perfection along with creativity and artistry. It enhances the eye colour and contrasts with the whites of the eyes to create a younger fresher look. It also makes lashes look thicker and fuller. The thickness and elongation of the liner is of personal choice and is drawn on before the procedure to the exact shape that is desired. We always recommend that the colour is put in between the lashes as well which is often called lash enhancement.</p>
