<h4>Body Treatments</h4>
70 – full body exfoliation – 60 min 
Your body will feel totally invigorated with a sea salt scrub. Helps to eliminate dead skin cells, smooth skin texture and increase circulation.
70 – certified organic sugar scrub and polish – 60 min 
This luscious scrub gently exfoliates while the jojoba oil and sweet orange Italian oil moisturises and helps regenerate the skin. Your skin will feel nurtured, rejuvenated and moisturised.
70 – body detox mineral mud wrap – 60 min 
Indulge in the comforting warmth of a mineral mud wrap. This wrap improves metabolism and helps in reviving muscular pain. Leaves your skin feeling soft and moisturised.
70 – warm seaweed body wrap – 60 min 
Be immersed in the finest quality seaweed rich in minerals, trace elements and nutrients. Assists in detoxifying skin, stimulating circulation and helps improve body firmness while leaving skin moisturised.

All facial treatments are performed using the Ionzyme DF Machine. This machine represents a cutting edge process in enhancing the penetration of vitamins into the skin.
90 – vitamin C treatment – 110 min 
An infusion for first time users of environ and for sensitive and delicate skins. Higher concentrations of vitamins A, C and antioxidants are used to strengthen and repair the skin. Minimising the appearance of lax and crepe skin by “tightening up” loss of firmness and tone while improving hydration, circulation and smoothing skin texture.
90 – rejuvenation and regeneration boost/treatment – 110 min 
Minimise the appearance of sun damage and wrinkles while regaining suppleness and skin tone. Revitalise and normalise skin by improving cell oxygenation, metabolism and natural skin functions with vitamin A, C,E, and antioxidants.
90 – active acne treatment – 110 min 
Using LACM peels this exfoliating treatment will sterilise the skin, helping to decongest and clear blackheads and blemishes, controlling excessive oil leaving the skin softer and clearer. This treatment includes a vitamin A infusion to help normalise skin cells and provides intense hydration with a seaweed alginate masque.
90 – sensitive/rosacea treatment – 110 min 
An excellent treatment for skin that suffers from Rosacea, Atopic Dermatitis, Eczema and dilated capillaries. This will calm and strengthen the skin while reducing redness.
90 – advanced rejuvenation treatment – 110 min 
A highly active vitamin C treatment using only the freshest L-Ascorbic acid to stimulate new collagen and elastin, reducing the appearance of finer lines and pigmentation while regaining suppleness and tone in the skin. This is a must for pigmentation, photo aged skin, deep lines and acne scarring.

45 – hand and arm treatment – 45 min 
An exfoliating and hydrating treatment aimed at improving the texture and tone of sun exposed and sun damaged skin. Evens out skin colour and tone, speeds up cell renewal and skin tautness leaving skin silky smooth and soft. Includes relaxing scalp massage.
<h4>Hands and Feet</h4>
18 – Shape, buff and paint
35 – Lush me manicure – 40 min 
Includes nail shape, hand and arm exfoliation, cuticle removal, hand and arm massage and buff and polish.
Add 10 a paraffin hand mask which can be included to soften and hydrate the skin.
40 – lush me pedicure – 60 min 
Help soak stress and tension away with, a wonderfully relaxing intensive treatment for those neglected feet. Includes exfoliation, nail shaping, cuticle removal foot and leg massage, buff and polish.
Add 10 a paraffin foot mask which can be included to soften and hydrate the skin.
Add 10 a Callus Peel to soften skin, calluses gently peel off.

70 – Lushable swedish full body & scalp – 70 min 
Gently relaxes and relieves muscular tension while increasing your circulation. A great way to help calm nerves and release stress while imparting an increased sense of wellbeing.
50 – lushable swedish back, neck, shoulder and scalp – 45 min 
Concentrating on the back, neck and shoulder tired, sore muscles are gently soothed. Reducing stress and restoring energy and wellbeing.
75 – aromatherapy body and scalp – 70 min 
Detoxify and chill out as aroma oils are chosen to suit your specific needs. This massage works on enhancing your muscular, nervous, circulatory systems leaving you physically and emotionally in a more positive and balanced state.
65 – lymphatic drainage massage – full body – 60min
Lymphatic drainage is performed using the Casley-Smith Method of the Principles and Practice of Complex Physical (Lymphatic) Therapy (CPT)

This wonderfully gentle massage assists with the relief of headaches, leg and back pain and is recommended upon completion of the first trimester or after medical consent. Includes relaxing scalp massage.
