“Had an old Stadt 15KW central heating system that stopped working, got into contact with Jeff at Balvic Plumbing to get a quote for a repair only to find out Stadt went bankrupt 10+ years ago! He advised that although parts were available it would be an expensive fix (the main PCB had fried due to a spider/cockroach crossing the points), and that even if he had fixed it, there was no gurantee it would pass a CO test (in which place the unit would need to be replaced anyway). After some discussion we settled on replacing with a 4-star Braemar 15KW system to replace it. Price was very reasonable and he was very informative, honest, and above board. Even managed to slot us in for the replacement the following week in spite of a busy work and holiday schedule. Would happily reccommend Jeff to others!”
