“I was just going to agree with Valasca’s view (below) but here’s some more detail. Mark recently helped us with our old sewer pipes. They were probably 80 years old, every joint had tree roots growing into it, and a large tree is growing on top of the boundary trap. Mark recommended someone to do the jet-blasting and camera work to see what was going on, then he worked out a possible solution. We dug up the back yard ourselves to save money, then Mark came and fitted new pipes inside the old, broken ones. He and his men were punctual, quick, competent, neat and pleasant. We have new sewer pipes from the house to the boundary (more than 10m), right under the tree, for considerably less than I thought would be possible. Mark also fixed things inside the house that other plumbers had failed to fix. I recommend his work very highly.”
