“1 year ago these guys put in a hot water system. They overcharged by $300 based on the quote and they never removed the old hot water system, despite promising to on several occasions. I rang them over 10 times, told them on the ninth time that I no longer believe their promises but David 100% guaranteed that he would have it removed by a certain date. When that date came and went, I rang him up and he was rude to me and hung up on me. Don’t believe a word these guys say. They are rude and unreliable.”
“My hot water system burst on the Sunday and it was replaced 7am on the Monday. The tradesman was very particular ensuring all piping is straight and valves upright. I appreciated this greatly. Cleaned up afterwards and the removal of the broken system was done a few days later. Great service. Even the girl (Asian) in the office knew her stuff and was very friendly and helpful. Will certainly use them again and recommend them strongly.”
“Great service here guys. I called them on Easter Monday when I noticed my Hot Water System was leaking. They were here within the hour and replaced if for me. I checked the copper pipes and wow what a great job. I was also worried about the tempering valve causing the water to be cooler than before but my hot water is perfect. I have also noticed much less fluctuation in water temperature when having a shower and other taps have been turned on in the house. Well done. Highly recommended.

“Our water heater died on a Friday afternoon before the ANZAC day long weekend & with having a baby a working water heater is a necessity. I am just disappointed that because of the urgency to replace the tank I didn’t look around for a better price. I feel ripped off to say the least paying over $2,000 for a 250 liter tank when Bunnings sells the exact same one for $693!! Surely the installation by Bunnings does not equate to over $2,000 like inline plumbing? Then being told you can not put it on off peak after being told you can (before purchasing the tank) by inline plumbing & your energy provider. My husband & I tried calling inline plumbing to see if there was a solution like exchanging the large tank for a smaller one, but after waiting 5 days for a call back & being fobbed off & told they are too busy can I call back later!?! Inline plumbing simply wanted to pass the buck to our energy provider & take NO responsibility for selling me a over priced & money draining water heater! They also got a Dux manager to contact us to advise that a larger tank 250 liters compared to our original 80 liters will not cost that much more to heat this bigger tank. Well now we are stuck with an electricity bill of $1,125 which we just received! Our previous bill was $600! Very disappointed, I will be making sure none of our family or friends use this service.”
