Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to street postal addresses (not PO boxes) Australia wide.
What are your delivery charges?
$12 delivery charge will apply to each transaction under $200 online.
Shipping is free for a single transaction over $200!
Can I track my order?
Yes. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a Star Track con note number. Please allow 3 working days to receive an email with your Star Track con note number.

If you do not receive a tracking number via e-mail within 5 working days from the time of your order, please e-mail us at info@olliesplace.com.au
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Please allow 2 working days after payment for your order to be processed.
For major cities, please allow 2 working days after processing for shipment.
For other areas, please allow 4-5 working days after processing for shipment.
If your order has not arrived within 2 weeks of payment, please track your order on the Star Track website or contact us on the below details.

We will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.

Purchasing Online
All stock is subject to availability. Designs and colours may vary from those shown. The online store product availability may differ from the in-store product. Ollie’s Place is not responsible for any items that run out or are discontinued while displayed online. Please check the size guide to ensure you are purchasing the correct size.
Online promotions and in-store promotions are not always aligned.
All prices quoted are in Australian dollars and include GST. Prices are correct at time of purchase but are subject to change without notice. Online store price may differ to other stores, it is only valid for online purchase.
When placing your order, please ensure you double check the size prior to payment to avoid any delay in processing your order. Receiving Your Order
Please check your order against the packing list before opening or using the items. If there is any discrepancy, please contact Customer Service at info@olliesplace.com.au and we will endeavour to respond to your query within 48 hours. Returning In-store Purchases

Items must be returned with proof of purchase, within 30 days of purchase. We are happy to provide an exchange or credit note if you have changed your mind but only on items that are unworn. We do not provide a refund for change-of-mind returns. Refunds or exchanges cannot be offered on underwear, swimwear, or bathroom products, unless the items are: faulty, unfit for the products intended purpose or different to those shown or described to you. Items must be returned in original condition with all tags attached.
Returning Online Purchases
We hope you love your Ollie’s Place order, and are satisfied with the quality of your products. If something isn’t right, please let us know and we will endeavour to fulfil your request. We will accept change of mind returns for items purchased online by Australian customers subject to the following conditions:
Items must be returned within 30 days of shipment date. Items must be returned with the packing slip, receipt or invoice. Items must be returned in original condition with all tags attached. You are responsible for any cost associated with returning the item/s to us. If the exchange item is of a higher value than the returned item, you will need to pay the difference in price. Your exchanged item will be shipped once you have paid the difference and we have received the returned item. Items purchased online can only returned to our online store. However, you can go to any of our physical stores if it is merely an exchange to a different size of the same item. We are happy to provide an exchange or credit note if you have changed your mind but only on items that are unworn. We do not provide refunds on change of mind returns. Refunds or exchanges cannot be offered on underwear, swimwear, or bathroom products, unless the items are: faulty, unfit for the products intended purpose or different to those shown or described to you.
Faulty Items
If an item is faulty, wrongly described or different from a sample shown, then we will meet our legal obligations which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges or providing a replacement product, provided the item is returned within 30 days of shipment date with proof of purchase.

Please include a copy of your invoice. If you are wanting an exchange, please also include an express post bag with your address on it so we can ship your exchange items. Faulty items – Once we receive the faulty item, we will refund the full purchase price. Refunds will only be credited to the card of the purchaser.
Vouchers 1. Gift vouchers purchased online must be redeemed in the online store. 2. Gift vouchers purchased in store can be redeemed in any of our store locations, but cannot be redeemed online.
3. Online vouchers can be used by entering the voucher code at the checkout.
4. Online vouchers are inexhaustible, and can be used for a number of puchases.
5. Upon puchasing a gift voucher online, an email will be sent to the recipient with the voucher code.
