Free Logos on all Orders over 100 garments Mediscrubs offer free logos on all scrubs, lab coats, gowns, etc for any orders over 100. You will get the one logo complimentary. You will need to send us a j-peg file of your logo and we will send you a proof before your bulk order is embroidered.

Australia Shipping Mediscrubs uses Australia Post on all shipping. All shipping has a tracking number for security.
Overnight Express is available Mediscrubs offers overnight express. Your order must be in stock for this option and be in before 2.30pm weekdays, Monday to Friday for next day delivery assuming you are in the Australia Post overnight delivery areas.
In Stock Orders shipped within 48 hours All Mediscrubs orders in before 2.30pm weekdays (AEST), Monday to Friday will go out for delivery the same day of order. Delivery times are in accordance to the Australia Post delivery standards.
Not in stock- made to order All Mediscrubs orders made to order will take 4-6 weeks for delivery, depending upon quantities and embroidery options. For an urgent made to order and you need this order in a quicker time frame, please contact us directly on 0755 376 443 or on 0414 372 000.

We are able to embroid your logo to the highest standard on a vast range of varying products. In every case you will have a superbly finished product to enhance your image.

Acceptable formats for submission are: JPG, EPS, AI, CDR, PSD, PDF, TIFF files. Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) are not suitable for reproducing artwork correctly. Most printers should have your logo in one of the above-mentioned formats. We prefer to work with an electronic version of your logo.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
NOTE: All exchanges will require you to pay a small postage fee for Mediscrubs to resend your items – A staff member will be in contact with you to finalise your exchange.
You can easily return any item to our retail shop or warehouse at 4/7 Gateway Drive, Biggera Waters 4216 (near Harbour Town). You can bring your item and receipt to our stores for an exchange or you can send them to our warehouse where we will receive and exchange your items.

We will exchange your items if they are any of the following:
If your items have a manufacture fault:
You are entitled to an exchange or refund if your items are received faulty. This includes stitching, colouring, fabric quality, and design failures.
You are also entitled to have the item repaired or replaced if the item fails to be of acceptable quality.
If you think there is a fault with an item you have received, please let us know straight away by contacting our customer care team. Please include as many details as possible about the order and the issue with your item.

If you change your mind:
In compliance with the Australian Consumer Law, you have right to return your items to Mediscrubs 30 days from online purchase date, or 10 days from day or purchase in store.
Please note that in the interest of hygiene, some goods cannot be returned, unless they have remained in the original wrapping or are faulty.
If you change your mind about the item, including size or colour, the item must be returned in its original condition, which includes original packaging.
Returns in general:
Should you request a return or exchange of any items, regardless or whether they are faulty, you change your mind or need a different size; you are responsible of returning the items to us.
Any items returned are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.
Factors that may affect your request for exchange/refund:
•Items can not be exchanged or refunded after 30 days of purchase
•Items must not have been worn or washed
•Items with embroidery can not be exchanged or refunded, unless issue is due to a fault in the embroidery produced by Mediscrubs Embroidery Specialists
•Failing to include a request for return/exchange form may result in your request being declined.
