You will be notified via email once your order has been dispatched, and this email will include all tracking details relating to your order. All orders are delivered via registered courier and will require a signature, unless you provide authority to leave during checkout. If your address is unattended at the time of delivery your order, and you have not provided authority to leave, your parcel will be transferred to the nearest post office for collection within 7 business days before being returned to sender. This information will be indicated via your tracking number on the courier website.
Please note that during busy promotional and sale periods some order dispatches may be delayed due to the additional volume.

SPLIT ORDERS If you have an order with multiple items, these items may only be available for dispatch from separate locations. In this instance, your order will be split into multiple orders, and will be delivered separately under different tracking numbers. Each time your order is split, you will receive an email notification with the new order details. There will not be any additional shipping charges applied to split orders. NEW ZEALAND DELIVERIES New Zealand online orders are dispatched from our New Zealand stores. This means faster delivery times, and that no customs charges will be incurred. For our New Zealand returns address and policy, please see the Returns and Exchanges page.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER For the most up to date information on the status of your order, you can log into your account here, and go to ‘My Orders’ to view live status updates. When your online purchase is complete you will receive an email containing your order confirmation and delivery details.This email will also include a link which will allow you to track the status of your delivery at anytime. If you have not yet received an email notification, please be assured our online team are most likely still working hard to get your order to you. Please note: tracking information may not be available online for 24 hours.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will also receive text message alerts regarding the delivery status of your order (AU only). If you do not wish to continue to receive these alerts, there will be an option to opt out. If at any time you wish to opt back into this service, please contact customer service.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES If you would like to deliver your parcel to a country outside Australia please visit our New Zealand or International websites.
Through our partnership with eShopWorld, International shoppers can opt to view product prices in their preferred local currency and guaranteed order totals including all applicable taxes and duties when checking out at www.witchery.com.
When you first visit www.witchery.com, you will be asked to confirm your preferred currency and delivery country. If at any time you wish to change these settings, you can choose from the dropdown within the top header of the site (NOTE: this will clear your shopping bag).
To shop, add items to your shopping bag, and click ‘Checkout Securely’ to check out. eShopWorld then calculates and displays the order total in your preferred currency, including the $9.95 AUD flat shipping rate, and any applicable duties and taxes imposed by the customs authorities in your destination country.
Returns & Exchanges
OUR RETURNS POLICY IF PURCHASED ONLINE: For change of mind returns, all full price and reduced merchandise that is unworn and in its original condition can be returned to Witchery online or any Witchery store (exc. David Jones & Outlet locations) for a full refund within 14 days of delivery (or 45 days of order placement for international orders). Afterpay Returns Via Witchery Returns Postal Address In order to receive a full refund of the amount paid on your Afterpay order, your purchase must be returned to the below postal address. Unfortunately we are unable to process exchanges on Afterpay orders via this method. Afterpay Returns Via Witchery Store If returned to a Witchery store, Afterpay purchases may be exchanged for product to equal or lesser value or a Gift Card can be issued for the amount paid. Unfortunately we are unable to process refunds on Afterpay orders in-store.
IF PURCHASED IN-STORE: For change of mind returns, all full price and reduced merchandise that is unworn and in its original condition can be returned to any Witchery store for a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date. Please note: Witchery online cannot process returns or exchanges for items that have been purchased in-store. We will accept returns of swimwear, under these conditions, as long as they are unworn. Swimwear must be tried on wearing full briefs and returns will only be accepted in instances where the hygiene stickers and all tags are intact. All swimwear will be assessed prior to any returns being processed. Due to health reasons, cosmetics, earrings and underwear are not able to be returned unless faulty or wrongly described. Returns will be accepted on any faulty or wrongly described merchandise returned to any Witchery store or Witchery online, following review and within a reasonable timeframe. Our customer service team are unable to review any worn or used items via email or phone. All items must be physically returned either via mail or in-person to be processed. On any returned orders, any Rewards or Silver Status progress earned in relation to these item(s) will be reversed. HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM
Please note: If you need your online return processed urgently, we recommend returning your item by visiting your closest Witchery store.
AT A STORE
Simply show your online receipt (this was emailed to you when you placed your online order) and the credit card used for your purchase at any Witchery store within 14 days of delivery where our store staff will be happy to assist you. Orders made via Paypal may be refunded to the credit or EFTPOS card of your choice. Please note that the cardholder name must be identical to the name on the order confirmation and a form of photo identification must be presented. Items purchased online cannot accept be returned or exchanged in Clearance or David Jones stores. If returned to a Witchery store, Afterpay purchases may be exchanged for product to equal or lesser value or a Gift Card can be issued for the amount paid. Unfortunately we are unable to process refunds on Afterpay orders in-store. International orders cannot be returned at Witchery stores. BY POST
Customers are responsible for all return postage costs for change of mind returns and exchanges. If you are returning or exchanging a faulty, damaged or incorrectly described item, Witchery will refund all associated return packaging and postage costs. To return your order via post, simply complete the returns form enclosed with your order and send it back to the below address relevant to your country along with the item(s) you wish to return within 14 days of delivery (or 45 days of order placement for international orders). Please ensure your return parcel is securely packaged and both sender’s address and Witchery online return address are clearly displayed on the outside of the parcel. To avoid delivery problems, we encourage sending your return back by registered post. Please allow 10 business days from the day your parcel is delivered to our distribution centre for your return to be processed and your account to be credited. Once your return has been processed you will be notified via the email address provided with your original online order. Slight delays to return processing may be experienced during busy sale and promotional periods, due to higher volumes. Afterpay items returned by post to the below address will be refunded. EXCHANGES If exchanging in-store, please call ahead to confirm the item is available in the store you are visiting. Visit our stores page for phone numbers. If exchanging via post, please return your unwanted item as above, noting the style/size you wish to exchange on the returns slip provided. The item from the original order will first be returned and a new order containing the exchanged item will be processed. We will notify you of your new order number via email once your exchange has been processed. Afterpay purchases can only be exchanged at Witchery stores. Afterpay purchases returned via post to the Witchery returns address will be refunded. Any discounts received will be carried over in all exchanges. Similarly, any WRewards used towards your purchase will be carried over on to your exchanged item. If the exchanged item is of lesser value than the original item(s), any additional rewards used towards that purchase will be forfeited. International orders cannot be exchanged, and will be refunded in full. If you require an exchange, please place a new order at www.witchery.com.

All international returns must be received with 45 days of order placement. International orders cannot be returned to Witchery stores.
