Our staff are highly trained in bookkeeping and the software they specialise in. Our specialities include Xero, MYOB, Quickbooks Online and Reckon Hosted products.

With modern business being situated in the cloud, we have the ability to make corrections, edits and updates quickly and easily from our office in Redland City, near Brisbane, to anywhere throughout Australia or across the world.

Our Team

Tori

Aegis Bookkeeping is headed by Tori van der Donk, a Registered BAS Agent, and Chartered Accountant with 13 years of bookkeeping experience and 5 years of accounting experience, 3 of those as a taxation accountant in a mid-sized accounting firm. Tori has an advanced level of knowledge and experience with Xero, MYOB, MS Word, and MS Excel.

Jeanette

Jeanette is a graduate of German and a UK qualified chartered accountant and tax accountant She has worked as both an internal and external auditor, as a tax and project accountant and up until recently as an office manager She has worked for the accounting profession, multinational chemical and glass companies, a medical centre, a building company and a legal practice She has experience with Sage UK, SAP, MYOB, Xero and QBO She moved to Australia eight years ago with her lawyer husband and two children Megan and Kieran, the only true Aussie in their family is Aguero, the field spaniel.

Lita

Lita has more than 10 years bookkeeping experience with advanced knowledge of MYOB, Xero and QBO software. She also holds a degree in Commerce, majoring in Accounting and Finance.
Lita has worked in Banking, Accounting, Health Administration and Hospitality and has run her own successful small business. She has a great understanding of business bookkeeping.
Lita is highly organised with great attention to detail. She welcomes any challenge to streamline and enhance your business practices.

Stephen

Stephen joins Aegis Bookkeeping as Business Manager / Bookkeeper. In the past twenty years, Stephen has held various management roles and brings his experience as an Office Manager to the team. He is also experienced with MYOB, Xero and QuickBooks, so he takes on some of the bookkeeping tasks under the supervision of Tori. Stephen recently updated his qualifications with a Diploma in Business.
