STORY

I have over 10 years experience as a personal trainer and have been a qualified massage therapist for over 15 years now. Along with my own personal interest in nutrition and wellbeing, I pride myself on guiding my clients to selecting healthy choices to meet their fitness goals. I have experience with a diverse group of clients including sporting teams, individuals and groups. Within these groups clients are of different size, shape, fitness level and have different goals. I have worked with fitness models, gladiator contestants, runners, dancers and fire-fighters – just to name a few!

My own training holds a focus around my interest in bodybuilding and I have regularly competed at the top level in this sport with the IFBB since 2009, which has strongly developed my experience in contest preparations – including diet, training, posing and supplementation. Most recently I competed at the inaugural Arnold Classic Australia Bodybuilding Titles in Melbourne in March 2015, placing third in my division.
