Our team of professional hair and makeup artists are here to help you design your dream Bridal look, whether that is timeless and elegant, to classic and natural or relaxed Bohemian beauty, we will create a beautiful look for you and your bridal party.

Our service is professional and personalised, and with hundreds of happy Brides recommending us to their family and friends you too will feel confident in your choice of styling team.

Together we have many years of experience behind us, and we attend regular training and refresher courses in the latest Hair and Makeup trends to ensure our Brides receive the best service available.

Before the Big Day – your Hair and Makeup Trial

From your first email right through to the finishing touches on the wedding day our team are here to make your wedding hair and makeup a breeze.

A pre wedding trial is highly recommend and we offer personal one-on-one trial appointments with your styling team at our Sunshine Coast studio, this is where we discuss the style of your wedding and your Hair and Makeup ideas and trial the look you have chosen.

Your trial will be relaxed and fun so bring along your photos or Pinterest board of ideas, and feel free to bring a friend or Bridesmaid along for a second opinion.

The Wedding Day

Your hair and makeup team will arrive at your location, allowing you to relax and enjoy the getting ready process without any stress.

We work together with you to determine a schedule for the day to ensure everyone is ready with plenty of time for photography, and even a glass of bubbles or two.

Our artists only use leading professional brands, ensuring a flawless finish perfect for photography that will last well into the evening.

Our Service and Pricing

As part of our Bridal service your styling team are exclusively* yours on your wedding day, this means our team will not be rushing off to accommodate another wedding booking, leaving their sole focus and attention on you and your Bridal party.

Our Hair and Makeup packages include complimentary lashes and a sample of touch up lippy with all makeup services, as well as a bottle of Champagne on the day.

Karla Gemmell Beauty

In addition to Bridal styling Karla offers a selection of beauty treatments from her Sunshine Coast home-studio by appointment, including manicures and pedicures, facials and massage, pamper packages, organic spray tanning, waxing and tinting, eyelash extensions, Shellac and Gel nails.

All treatments are performed using professional Australian product ranges, natural & organic where possible.
