AUSTRALIAN DELIVERY

STANDARD DELIVERY
All orders are delivered by Australia post- we do not deliver to PO Box address and parcel locker
Delivery is $5.50AUD including GST & FREE ON ALL ORDERS OVER $50! (Australia Wide Only).
Goods are delivered via Australia E-Parcels and a signature is required.
Delivery can take anywhere up to 5-10 business days depending on location, once the order has been shipped (Excluding weekends and public holidays) Once an order has been placed it can take anywhere up to 2 days of handling time.
Allow an extra day or two for delivery during peak trading periods, such as sale events and Christmas.
*We recommend customers select ‘AusPost Insured’ if placing an order over a certain amount, as we do not cover or replace any orders that are Lost in Transit by Australia Post.
Any delivery service chosen to deliver the order we DO NOT GUARANTEE delivery of your parcel ,however if a delivery issues does arise, we will assist by communicating with the Postal Service. All orders will require a signature.
EXPRESS DELIVERY
Express Delivery is $15.50AUD (Australia Wide Only).
Goods are delivered via Australia E-Parcels and a signature is required.
Delivery can take up to 4 business days depending on location within Australia, once the order has been shipped (Excluding weekends and public holidays).
We DO NOT GUARANTEE next day delivery
We do not provide same day shipping

INSURED DELIVERY
Insured Standard Delivery is $9.90AUD including GST (Australia Wide Only).
You are covered up to the value of $300 on your delivery.
Goods are delivered via Australia E-Parcels and a signature is required.
Delivery can take anywhere up to 5-10 business days depending on location within Australia. (Excluding weekends and public holidays)
Allow an extra day or two for delivery during peak trading periods, such as sale events and Christmas.
An automated response is sent to your email address, confirming your order details and status “processing”.
This status will not change until the day your order is ready to be dispatched and picked up from our distribution centre by Australia Post. Your order status will change to “shipped” on collection by Australia Post.
E-Parcels can be traced on the day that your order is picked up from our warehouse and shipped by Australia Post. An automatic email from Australia Post/DHL (not from allyinfo@allyfashion.com or sales@allyfashion.com) will be sent to your nominated email address with the tracking number.
You should receive your parcel within 1 to 3 working days when your order status has changed to “shipped” for most locations. The exceptions are WA, NT, Far NQ and TAS locations due to Australia Post delivery network system.
You will receive an automated email from Australia Post confirming its dispatch which will include a tracking code so that you can follow your order through to delivery.
Express Post parcels are not scanned until the parcel reaches the destination and cannot be traced as well as E-Parcels.

TRACKING ORDERS
DELAYED ORDER: Why?
Delays in orders occur for the following reasons:
Item availability – We may be out of stock in our Distribution Centre for one or more of your items.
Items that are Out of Stock can be sourced from one of our local retail outlets, this can delay shipping by 1-2 business days.
Credit card verification is being performed by our team on request.
After 2 days of notification from us, if we have received no response from you your order will be cancelled and refunded.
We cannot accept responsibility for unforeseen circumstances for the above or for such things as transportation strikes, floods etc.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
We reserve the right:
All orders are subject to availability of stock.
We take all reasonable steps to verify that the order placed and the credit details are bona fide.
We have the right to cancel and refund your order if you do not fulfil the requirements of our verification checks to assist in online credit card security, at which time we will immediately notify you via email or telephone using the details you have provided.
We also reserve the right to cancel any order that does not met the terms and conditions of the promotion or conditions listed on the website
All refunds will be made in the same way as originally paid.

INTERNATIONAL – DELIVERY COSTS AND TIMES
International Shipping is $40.00AUD flat rate
All prices listed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
This is an Australia Post: International Airmail Delivery service which can take anywhere up to 10-21 business days.
Allow an extra day or two for delivery during peak trading periods, such as Sales events and Christmas; as well as public holidays.
Any delivery service chosen to deliver the order we DO NOT GUARANTEE delivery of your parcel ,however if a delivery issues does arise, we will assist by communicating with the Postal Service. All orders will require a signature.
International Post Office Box (PO Box) addresses are not valid for delivery. We apologise for any inconvenience.
Ally fashion suggests that before making an online purchase that all International customers check the Customs Charges – Terms and Conditions at the local Customs office within their country first.
Customs charges may apply to some International orders depending on the weight and/or value of the parcel. As every country is different we cannot determine how much this will be per order.
Ally Fashion will not be held responsible for any parcels that customers have refused to pay the Customs charges on in that country.
Ally Fashion does not charge International customers with Australian tax amounts per garment, this means International customers are NOT required to pay AUSTRALIAN TAXES on the goods.
CUSTOMS CHARGES
If you want to purchase a garment on the ally fashion website for $20AUD in your cart it only displays the amount as $20AUD. Your personal account will show a different amount due to the currency exchange rate which is applicable to your country. Simply create an account for customized prices – CREATE ACCOUNT OR LOGIN.
If you are not happy with the currency exchange rate that you are charged, email our on-line team allyinfo@allyfashion.com and they will cancel and refund your order if requested.
Please contact our Distribution Centre if your Country is not on our address listing. Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to all countries.

RETURNS: TO ALLY FASHION ONLINE
For change of mind we offer a 14 business day returns policy (from date of shipment) on the provision that the return meets the conditions as set out below.
Conditions:
For online returns, a customer may choose between a credit voucher or refund only. Unfortunately we are unable to assist with exchanges, please return the unwanted item(s) to the ONLINE DISTRIBUTION CENTRE.
To be eligible for a refund or credit voucher you must meet the below return conditions:
All labels are still attached on the product (including the care instructions and size tags and barcode)
The product has not been worn (except to try on for size)
The product has not been soiled or damaged
The product has not been altered by you in any way
The goods are deemed to have a manufacturing fault, assessed by the Online team
Different from a style pictured or described
There are no returns on sale product, pierced jewellery, underwear, bodysuits/ leotards or swimwear. This merchandise is final sale and cannot be refunded, exchanged or credited unless there it meets the STATUTORY RIGHTS outlined by the ACCC
We do not accept returns on swimwear, pantyhose, stockings, or body suits
All returns to online and the 14 day returns date will start from the date of shipment (business days)
Process to send your item back:
Download and complete our Return Request Form indicating the reason for return.
Pack all item/s with your ‘Return Request Form’ and tax invoice in a secure satchel/ post bag:
Email a completed copy of your ‘Return Request Form’ to allyinfo@allyfashion.com so that our online sales team keep an eye out for your returned item.
We suggest that you keep a record of your tax invoice so please make a copy of it.
Goods must be returned within 14 business days from date of shipment .
Ensure you provide an email address and daytime contact number.
Please keep a record of your proof of postage (tracking number) until we confirm that we have received your returned item/s.
Any refund or credit voucher will take up to 5 business days to process once we have received your return. NOTE:Any parcels not delivered for any reason, and is requested to be sent out will incur a $10 fee, this also includes any order being returned via the Return to Sender (RTS) System through Australia Post if requesting a refund or credit voucher, the $10 charge will be deducted from the returning order total.
Please use the correct payment shipping methods for all returns, as Ally Fashion is not responsible for these return costs.
GIFT CARDS & ONLINE CREDIT VOUCHERS
Ally Fashion gift cards & online credit vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
However, gift cards & online credit vouchers are valid for a twelve month period and can be used in conjunction with any sale in store.
Unfortunately in store gift cards & credit vouchers cannot currently be redeemed online
