Spa Etiquette

Bookings
We require a credit card or gift voucher number to secure your booking.

Cancellations
24 hours notice of any cancellation is kindly required or a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.

Arrive Early
Please arrive 15 minutes before your treatment starts. Appointments must finish at the allotted time, so please arrive early. Relax in our lounge, and sip some tea before your treatment.

On Arrival
We ask you to fill in a client card so that any health or medical concerns can be taken into account before your treatment. Please ask to use bathroom facilities on arrival as amenities are not inside the day spa. We also request al mobile to be switched off or placed on silent whilst in the spa.

Valuables
Please leave valuables at home. Almond day spa will not be held accountable for any valubles that have gone missing.

Body Treatments
Disposable underwear is provided but if you feel more comfortable please wear your bathers.

Hair: Please advise therapist if you would like to keep your hair free from oils in the treatment.
