Using light to medium pressure and Swedish techniques to promote relaxation and letting go of life’s stresses. These techniques relieve tension in the body, promote the circulation of blood and lymph fluids, strengthen the immune system, enhance the health and appearance of the skin and improve quality of sleep.

​Deep Tissue Massage​​
60 min – $60​
The focus is on the deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons and fascia (the protective layer surrounding muscles, bones and joints) Deep Tissue massage is firm in pressure and promotes the flow of blood and lymph fluids.

Corporate “Workplace” Massage​​
15 min – $20
30 min – $40
1 hour – $80
Seated Massage in the workplace is fantastic to relax, rejuvenate and refresh.
