“I went to this salon to get a full set done while she was cutting my nails to the length I wanted she did 2 nails very short, she started to do the acrylic and about 5 nails where paper thin and the others where so thick I told her to put more on because I didn’t want them to break, she than said no that’s the natural look she than fixed them aventualy but they where still very very thin the others looked ridiculous as she had filed the top bit really thin and not the end of the nail. the next morning one fell off ! I rang them and told them that one had come off and I had only got them done the night before she than was so rude and said ” well why don’t you come in than if it’s broken” and hung up on me. Really bad service I do not recommend and for the price aswell.”

“Worst manicure I have ever had. Aside from the person who could have been a management staff, the staff were rude (not just to me), didn’t listen anyway, didn’t have the first 3 nail colours (they offered as part of their range) which I asked for. A few were on their mobile phones, chatting away while working on a client’s nails. The only clean tool of their trade was the water they put into the foot spa – after seeing the rest of their items, I am not so sure. The nail files, buffers, pumice stones, etc were white with use prior to my nails being done. At the end of the pedicure, the pumice stone was “cleaned” in the water that had been used for my pedicure. There was no steriliser used – the container with their tools are taken to the back area and that’s as far as they go, until the next client walks in. The nail polish started flaking and chipping within a couple of hours – and I was not doing anything to cause that! I will now have to take the nail polish off and start again – a waste of the $45 I spent. After the manicure & pedicure, I was left sitting in the chair with no way of drying my nails other than time! No lights, quick-dry spray or anything. Nothing had been said to me so I did not know whether they were finished or if they were going away and coming back. The only reason I stayed was because I observed all of this as I was sitting having the pedicure and manicure. I certainly will never darken their doors again and I will tell all my friends about this disgusting experience. Stay away!”
