“They don’t even deserve 1 star! Desperate to get my nails done for a wedding they booked me for a 9am appointment when they don’t open until 10am!! They did the worst refill and shellac I have ever had and that was AFTER I said the last nail place I’d been to ruined my last set of nails due to air bubbles. My nails looked like a 3 yr old had done them so sloppy and my right thumb peeling 5 mins after they finished not to mention my nails are all different lengths if I wasn’t in a rush I wouldn’t of paid $35 I just had to get out of there and would not recommend them to anybody � oh and to ask if I want a pedi or a brow wax as well if you can’t get my nails right yeah I’m going to let you do more stupid!!”

“I would say even 1 star is lot for them. They actually deserve negative. They don’t try to understand customer need and will just pull you to the working desk and in the middle start raising money and will start doing something else.
I would request all my friends pls avoid this shop.”

“Honestly worst nail salon I’ve ever been to, wasn’t here for myself was with a friend and she had the most fkd experience
Asked for a fresh set coffin shape got the most thickest, square, crooked nails and the worst paint job I’ve ever seen in my life
They burnt and hurt her, she has glue all over her hands and under her nails making her fingers stuck to her nails
When we complained and refused to pay for the shocking job and service the manager got aggressive and grabbed my friend by the arm as she tried to leave, yelling and making a scene in the centre
No body should ever waste their time and money there and this place should seriously be shut down”

“Terrible costumer service! I am 19 years old and went with my mother and grandmother so have a girls day. I wasn’t sure what I wanted to get as I had never been there and wanted to see what kind of shellack designs they had, when we walked in they asked my grandma and mother what they wanted and they told them straight away, when they asked me I said “umm…well..” and they cut me off, turned to my mum and said “what she want?” I felt so discriminated agents and it didn’t stop there! They say my mum and grandma together and me 2 seats down even though we had a booking for three people! I have had my nails done many times and know the routine and every time she went to grab my hand she would jerk it foward and it would be uncomfortable for me! She filed off my nail polish and burned my fingers multiple times, then when I was asked what shape I wanted I said coffin and also said that I will just get normal color because I was un-happy and wanted to get out of there asap! The acrylic stung when it was alloyed to my nail and I was in serious pain but was never asked if I was okay or was never given an apology. When she did the shape it came up square not coffin and both myself and my nan told them that I wanted coffin and then even pointed to a photo of the nail shape but all my nails were clearly square! They continue to treat me like a child and ask my mum what I wanted! It was literally the worst experience of my life and I will NEVER go back there.”

“Absolutely horrible customer service, wanting the botched job they had done soaked off and a manicure done was told one price then it had doubled halfway through. They didn’t soak off my nails only used nail clippers to peel back the fake nails. Honestly wouldn’t give this place the star because it doesn’t deserve it….”
