I started to follow my dream by training as a hairdresser in Melbourne.

I’ve been working in the industry ever since and I’ve been honoured to work with some amazing and influential people at the cutting edge of fashion, theatre and television.

After moving to Sydney I studied makeup at The Academy of Makeup Technology which to me was a natural progression from doing hair.

I’ve worked at some of the best hairdressing salons in Australia and around the world.

It’s been thrilling to work with top models and photographers and see my creative work featured in Vogue, Marie Clare, Cosmopolitian, Conde Naste Travel and Destinasia.

After starting a family I was ready for a sea change and moved to beautiful Bali with my young son.

In Bali I soon started working with wedding planners, doing hair and makeup for beautiful brides and their maids. I’ve enjoyed styling hundreds of brides, creating a unique look for each one.

After moving home to Australia I chose to settle in Noosa because my son and I love the lifestyle and climate here.

I’ve now refined and fused all of my wedding hair and makeup experience and expertise to suit brides and weddings for the Sunshine Coast climate and culture.

It’s all about creating hair and makeup that suits the bride and lasts throughout the day and into the night.

I love playing my part in your wedding celebration and take working with the bride and bridal party very seriously.

It’s my duty of care to make you feel relaxed and look beautiful, and for your makeup to stay fresh and radiant until the last guest goes home!

Introducing Andy Roache, of Andy’s Hair and Makeup. She is the master of haircutting and colour work. She does hair styling and makeup for any event and she is available to bring her salon to you — or you can come to her great studio space by the river, in Mooloolaba.

I specialise in hair and makeup for weddings or any special event.  I also take care of my loyal Sunshine Coast locals who come to me for haircuts and colour on a regular basis.

I have a fantastic hair studio above the Harlem Cafe on Hastings Street, Noosa Heads where we can meet for any hair or makeup service that you need.

MAKEUP

I’m a Sunshine Coast hair and makeup artist who specialises in weddings and is based in beautiful Noosa.

After training to be a hairstylist and practicing hairdressing for many years studying makeup artistry was a natural progression. It completes a stunning, seamless look.

I adore doing makeup for fashion shoots and portraits but my greatest love is wedding makeup. It all started after I moved from Australia to Bali and quickly became a sought after hair and makeup artist for Bali weddings.

If the wedding party is more than two people I will bring an assistant stylist to help prepare the hair so that I can focus on the finishing touches and to complete the makeup.

My main attention of course is on the bride but I can direct the hair and makeup for the entire wedding party.

Wedding Makeup and Trials

Bridal makeup has a certain beauty that is timeless, soft and classically pretty. I love it!

When you hire me to do your wedding makeup I include a makeup trial so you can see how beautiful you’ll look on your wedding day ahead of time.
I work with the finest makeup products and use Youngblood Mineral Cosmetics.

It’s a top quality product that breathes on your skin and will leave you glowing radiantly for the whole day and into the night.

I’ll work out a complete hair and makeup wedding package for you but here’s a rough guide to prices:

• Hair and makeup trial with eye brow shape (minimum 2 hours) from $190
• Hair styling for long hair or up do from $110
• Hair styling for short hair from $80
• Hair wefts (removable clip in hair extensions for you to keep) from $200
• Makeup including false eye lashes (if desired, full set or individual) from $110
• Hair and makeup wedding day packages from $190
