ANITA NICHOLAS

Anita finished her training as a Physiotherapist in 1976 attaining a Bachelor of Science and a Diploma of Physiotherapy.
She initially worked in acute care at Royal North Shore Hospital, then began rehabilitation work at Coorabel Rehabilitation Centre.
Following this, Anita worked in pediatrics for 14 years, including school therapy at the Spastic Centre of NSW.

Anita has worked as a private practitioner for the past 16 years, during which time became a credentialed McKenzie Method therapist and updated her skills by attending courses in sports-physiotherapy, Kinesio Taping and pelvic floor strengthening for men and women.

KELLY THOMAS

Kelly graduated from Sydney University in 1994 with a Bachelor of Medical Science, and in 1998 graduated from Sydney University with a Bachelor of Applied Science – Physiotherapy.
She worked at Nepean Hospital in Penrith, NSW, before spending a year working in London. In 2003 Kelly returned to Australia where she has continued to work in private practice.

Kelly is a credentialed McKenzie Method Therapist and Clinical Pilates Instructor and has completed specialist courses in women’s health.
