“I usually get a decent cut at an appropriate price however at my last cut, the lady who cut my hair also added in a blow dry without confirming that was what I wanted. I had to pay more than double my average cut just because she blow dried my hair. Which is absolutely outrageous. During the cut, I said I only wanted a cut and not to have wet hair saying “not a blow dry”. It may have been a misunderstanding but $75 for a haircut and blow dry wasn’t on my budget. I believe the stylist should reiterate what the client wants from their visit.”
