MANAGEMENT TEAM

Jeet Parikh

Jeet Parikh is a Chartered Accountant and CPA from USA and Australia. He carries over 14 years of outsourcing experience. Having worked with one of the largest accounting firms in India Jeet has gained experience working with various transnational clients.

Jeet is the backbone of our operation. He has been a part of the core set up team of startup projects for multiple clients including KPMG. Having worked with clients in USA, Europe, Australia and India Jeet reduces the cultural as well as educational gap between the company and client.

He is also a faculty at the Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India on the subject of F&A outsourcing and is a faculty of US tax and audit at a leading University in India.

Paul Wood

Paul has extensive business management skills and holds a Bachelor of Business majoring in Accounting. Paul commenced his career working for an international chartered accounting firm specialising in the area of audit before taking up the role as company accountant for a Gold Coast property developer.Working in the property development industry provided exposure to management rights and strata management.

Having owned and operated management rights for over 3 years, Paul accepted a position with a strata management company where he is presently co-owner and a director of the company.

Paul has over 25 years’ experience in accounting and the strata management industry including various currently held Board positions and his partnership with APT Business Services for the past 7 years.

Tim Sheehan

Tim holds bachelor degrees in law and commerce from the University of Queensland. After graduation he spent 5 years as a solicitor practicing in the areas of strata development, management rights and body corporate law.

Upon leaving the practice of law Tim entered the body corporate management industry and has developed a significant business employing over 100 Australians working in Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria.

Presently Tim is a former president of the Community Titles Institute of Queensland and is a director of a Bendigo Bank Community Bank at Bundall. Tim has spent 7 years working with APT.
