Hello! I’m Chelsea. Welcome to My Happy Place!
That’s what I call my business because I feel I’m so lucky to do something that makes me truly happy. I’m happy sourcing little girls clothes and accessories from all over the world. I’m happy because I’m spending time with my daughter (who often works with me playing dress ups with the stock!) And I’m happy making my customers happy.
With a love of all things pretty, I was overjoyed to welcome my own little lady into the world to love and lavish with every gorgeous thing I could get my hands on. We have such fun together!
Before Arabella and Rose and BC (before children!), I worked in retail and retail management for 15 years. In that time, I always dreamed of one day opening my own clothing business. The birth of my first daughter gave me the push I needed and having my own business also gave me the flexibility to spend quality time with my children.

Please allow 1-4 Business days for your item to be shipped/processed if it is AVAILABLE NOW. If you have ordered PRE-ORDER items your package will all leave together once these items arrive.

WE DO NOT RECCOMEND POSTING TO WORK ADDRESSES THEY BECOME LOST EASILY AS THEY CAN BE DELIVERED TO ANYONE AT THE ADDRESS OR VIA LETTERBOXES .

Approx Shipping Times once posted Via Australia Post (Satchel) If you have received the $5 postage option this is via letter. This way of posting does take longer than Approx time frames below as Australia Post only delivers letters every few days now it is not an everyday service anymore.
TRACKING IS ONLY PROVIDED ON SATCHELS WHERE $9.30 POST AND ABOVE HAS BEEN PAID. IF YOUR ITEMS GO BY LETTER POST FOR $5 THEY WILL NOT HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER, TRACKING NUMBERS CAN BE ADDED AT AN ADDITIONAL COST. WE WILL NOT COVER LOST MAIL IF EXTRA TRACKING IS NOT PURCHASED.

We currently ship to the USA, UK, NEW ZEALAND, CANADA, SINGAPORE and EUROPE. If you live somewhere else in the world and wold like us to ship to you email us and we will arrange this for you. If you would like to insure your parcel in case it becomes lost in transit and you want the goods replaced this is an extra cost we can arrange for you.

We Approx 10-20 Business days from time of despatch . Please note that shipping does include tracking numbers on international packages. THIS FEATURE WAS ADDED TO THE WEBSITE ON JAN 20TH. This means that the parcel is tracked , it does not include insurance or signature on delivery this would be extra.

Insurance:  (Australia Only)

Insurance for your parcel can be purchased for your parcels for an extra $3 this will cover all the items in your package and will receive a full refund of goods if they become lost through Australia Post. We will not be hold liable for replacing lost mail.

Returns/Exchange
Exchanges can be made if shipping costs are covered for exchange of items. Refunds are available if contact is made within 10 days of order and if order has arrived faulty and we will organise replacement. Refunds will not be given for change of mind.

Arabella And Rose is happy to exchange or refund your item (minus postage costs) in the form of a store credit to use at Arabella And Rose

Items must be unworn, unused and returned within 10 days of purchase. Arabella And Rose reserves the right to refuse a product that does not meet these requirements.

Exchanges:Items must be returned with a Reply Paid satchel and once receiving returned items your new items will then be shipped to you.

Returns:Store credit will be issued upon return of goods.
