ARIEL
SENIOR CUTTER & COLOUR SPECIALIST since 2013

Ariel is a versatile, interactive and precise senior stylist whose fine-tuned skill set ensures that every one of his clients receives a uniquely and tailored experience. His personable demeanour and attention to detail in all that he does has come to fruition through his media experience, he has worked in the world of fashion, TV, theatre, films, commercials, fashion productions and advertising campaigns for Argentina´s most important clothes brands for over 15 years.

Something clients usually said is: “I want to look gorgeous but I do not want people to think that I have spent one hour at the hair salon”. That is why I think the key to everything lies in being able to establish the right balance between hair styling techniques and fashion.

MELL
HEAD COLOURIST / ARDINO EXPERT since 2008

Melissa is a creative hairdresser in its purest form – her creativity is boundless. Armed with a ‘let’s do it’ attitude and an exceptional understanding of colour that allow her to push the envelope whilst maintaining the highest quality of her clients hair. An expert in smoothing treatments and marvellous up-does, Mell is always able to solve any hair concern and she is locally on high in demand.

“ I love doing blondes and pastel colours on clients, it’s fun, however I always make sure that the condition of the clients hair comes before any rash decisions. A client’s longevity of condition is what they remember you for – colour is temporary leaving hair luscious and healthy is what my clients love. Up styles is one of my strengths as is colour correction.”

As a Creative Director, Maria has carved her niche into the hair industry. She is a regular at international fashion weeks, and a celebrity favourite. Maria is high in demand.

She is the driving force of creativity for her beloved salon, Maria leads her team to be the very best that they can be – leading by example. Maria is constantly pushing the boundaries of creativity which has seen her working in the hairdressing industry for over two decades. Constantly travelling throughout the year to run educational workshops and work as hair director on runway shows. Her energy and dedication are inspiring.

Maria has made the Ardino’s loyal clientele seek the teams international education and experience in hair seeing them as experts and leaders in the marketplace.
