The owner of Artis Hairdressing and the Creator of Lovextensions, Derek, originally hales from Scotland, left his homeland in 1991 in search of the beautiful sunny shores of Sydney. Establishing a new base and utilising his industry know how, Derek has created an “EDGY” meets sophisticated premises in Sydney’s CBD. And now the new Beach Front Hair Salon Manly.

His vision of hair services all under the one roof. His work has won over the likes of countless celebrities and Sydney’s finest. Derek’s detailed work ensures that each client leaves his chair with hair that looks great, from edgy to classic men’s cuts.

Artis Hair and Beauty is open 6 days a week for your convenience.

Consultations are free, some first visits may occasionally cost more than the listed price due to extra work involved. Naturally you will be informed of any extra charges during the consultation.

While you have your hair cut & coloured in our Sydney hair salon, you will be treated like a princess of course! Just relax on a lounge in our bright daylight salon and enjoy a glass of wine or champagne, while watching international fashion shows on the plasmas and rear projectors or use our WIFI to connect to the internet.
