By March 1995 I was promoted to ‘Clinic Manager’ of our Parramatta clinic. That year, Parramatta became the first fully-fledged medical centre for hair loss in Australia. Now, every Ashley & Martin centre employs a qualified Doctor who understands the medical principles behind the treatment of hair loss. To ensure that I do not lose the connection with our patient’s needs and wants, I still consult patients and I am always available to patients who have any issues that are not being met by their present consultant.
