STORY
All items are sold on a 50/50 consignment basis.

Items must be fashionable, of good quality, in excellent condition, cleaned and pressed.

ALL ITEMS PRESENTED FOR CONSIGNMENT
MUST BE FRESHLY WASHED AND IRONED.

If items are considered by Asnew Boutique require cleaning, pressing and/or repairs, the cost of such will be the responsibility of the owner and will apply regardless whether the items are sold or not. The cost will be deducted from the clients end payment.

Items which are accepted with faults which pass unnoticed at the time of placement may be returned to the owner.

Items unsold will not be accepted for a second season.

Sales with a total of $100 or less will be paid in cash. Sales with a total over $100 will be paid by cheque.

All items will be included in any seasonal sales that Asnew Boutique may have. All unsold items at the end of each season will be reduced in price for end of season sale.

Please check your stock status on a regular basis, as we do not notify you on sale or for collection of consigned goods. This can be done by telephone or by calling into the shop personally.

Every care will be taken to ensure the safety of all items from theft or mishap.
However, Asnew Boutique does not accept responsibility for items placed with the Boutique.

All items are sold on a consignment basis – Boutique 50% Customer 50%

Clothes placed with Asnew Boutique must be collected at the end of a 3 month period.
Unsold items not collected within 3 months from the date of consignment will be donated to charity (see below).

Items are priced by the Boutique.

Please choose carefully – We do not refund for change of mind.
In addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law we will exchange only within 24 hours provided goods are in the same condition they were purchased
All items that are not collected are sent on to our chosen charity which is The Southern Peninsula Community Fund, which runs an opportunity shop at 2141 Point Nepean Road Rye, it has become established in its own right through the support of other local community organisations.

The charity store funds and supports many other local organisations in turn, including hospitals and junior sports groups.
