“Pretentious. Head colourist couldn’t have given a flip that I was a new client of his. I was beginning to go blonde and he over toned my hair to the point my foils were tinged blue! On a previous occasion the staff got bleach on my shirt and ruined it. They refused to pay for it unless I could produce a receipt for it. I had bought the shirt 6 months before, so obviously didn’t have the receipt anymore. I thought that was utterly ridiculous. Haven’t been back since.”
