Massage Services

Relaxation Massage
A soothing and calming therapeutic treatment, great for unwinding and stress relief while improving vitality and well being.

Pregnancy Massage
It is a great time to have a massage and this can be hugely beneficial for the mum-to-be. However, every woman is different and every pregnancy is different so we will take this into account as her therapist, we do have belly pillows available helping you to be comfortable all through the many changes through your pregnancy and in most cases can be used up to delivery. Massage can help manage symptoms and help you stay drug free during pregnancy.

Remedial Massage
Treating pain and injuries such as migraine headaches, neck, back and sciatica, by using deep tissue, myofascial release and trigger point therapy.

Sports Massage
Pre/post event massage and stretches for performance enhancement and treating sports injuries.

Hot Stone Massage
A luxurious massage combined with the hot stones. Your therapist will use the stones as an extension of their own hands.

The massage oil used is non-fragranced, water-soluble oil that won’t stain your clothes or leave an odour. Aromatherapy oils are added to the massage oil to provide relief from muscular pain, headaches and stress.
Ear Candling
A light suction action (chimney effect) generates a massage like effect on the eardrum. This induces a pleasant feeling of warmth and a balance of pressure in the ears, forehead and sinuses. Helpful for ear problems, wax, sinus, hearing problems (tinnitus), stress and nervousness.

Cupping Massage
Cupping therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which a therapist puts special cups on your skin for a few minutes to create suction. People get it for many purposes, including helping with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well-being, and as a type of deep-tissue massage.

If you only want to try the cupping therapy, you can combine it with Remedial Massage. The therapist will explain to you when the cupping is being done.
