Aussie Accountants, previously trading as PNM Accounting, was established in 1980 and has been in operation for 35 years. Over the years we have developed and transformed in order to meet the needs of our clients. However, one element has remained the same; we still pride ourselves on our personal and friendly approach as we endeavour to support our clients with their business and individual needs.

SimonPractice Manager

Meet Simon…Simon has lived in the local area since his family moved to Caboolture when he was three years old. He is the Practice Manager and, as one of the three owners in the business, is usually the first port of call for Aussie clients.

Being the longest standing member of Aussie Accountants, Simon has developed an in-depth knowledge of the day-to-day running of the business and is an invaluable team member.

Simon has an interest in computers, enjoys spending time with friends and playing music.

Mark HallSenior Accountant

Meet Mark…Mark grew up in Woodford, living in the area for 20 years before moving to the Sunshine Coast. He completed his Business Degree in 1999 at the Queensland University of Technology (QUT) before commencing employment with Aussie Accountants. Mark went on to complete his CPA qualifications in 2006 and is now one of the three owners of the business.

With over 15 years’ experience in the industry, Mark remains enthusiastic about developing well rounded strategies to help Aussie business clients succeed in their endeavours.

During Mark’s down time, he can normally be found at the Woodford Golf Club or, as a tragic Lions fan, supporting his team at the Gabba.

Louise MansfieldSenior Accountant

Meet Louise…Louise was raised in Country NSW and moved to QLD in 1999 to complete a Commerce Degree at the University of Southern Queensland (USQ). She has been an employee of Aussie Accountants since graduating in 2002 and, after completing her CPA qualifications in 2006, is now one of three owners in the business.

Louise’s career over the last decade has given rise to an extremely practical understanding of taxation, government and corporate regulation. She has a passion for developing holistic strategies for Aussie clients that will save them time and money when it comes to tax.

Louise enjoys spending time with her family and friends, watching a good movie and motorbike riding when the opportunity arises.

Benjamin McDonaldContracting Financial Planner

Meet Ben…Ben was raised on a Dairy Farm in Northern NSW. He has previously worked in numerous sectors including farming, mining, government and family business, before settling into Financial Planning.

Ben is a Degree Qualified Financial Planner with a Bachelor’s degree in Business. He also has an Advanced Diploma in Finance; a Certificate in Self-Managed Superannuation Funds and has over 10 years’ experience in Bank Financial Planning, including Credit Union Australia, Commonwealth Bank and most recently as a Senior Financial Planner for Westpac.

Ben enjoys spending time with his young family and, when he gets the chance, he enjoys farming, following rugby league and playing golf.
