Australian Orders.
Regular Shipping .We use two services depending on location . Startrack Express ( 13 23 45 ) for Country and Regional Locations. Australia Post ( 13 13 18 ) to Eastern States and to Country Locations . Regular Shipping orders are dispatched with in 24 to 72 hours after order receipted. Shipping times are approx 4 to 8 working days.
Express Service. This is an optional upgraded shipping / handling service. This is an express service to Cities, three days to Country. When goods are in stock, they will be dispatched the day the order is received as opposed to regular shipping, where orders are shipped out every weekday. When goods are out of stock in your ordered size/colour, the order will be shipped out overnight service when the stock is back in . Express Service is tracked and expedited service and costs an additional fees. Express is usually 2 to 3 business days depending on location.
Premium Express Service. This is a Premium service to Cities, three days to Country. When goods are in stock, they will be dispatched the day the order is received as opposed to regular shipping, where orders are shipped out every weekday. When goods are out of stock in your ordered size/colour, the order will be shipped out overnight service when the stock is back in . Express Service is our premium tracked and expedited service and costs an additional fees. Premium Express is usually 1 to 2 business days depending on location.
International Orders.
Regular Shipping .We use Australia Post on all orders which is linked to all country mail services . Shipping times vary depending on the 46 countries we service. See below for shipping times.
Express. For a faster service we offer Express Service. Shipping times vary depending on country but generally 5 to 7 day service. See below for details. DHL Express orders are dispatched in a satchel.
SHIPPING DISCLAIMER
Whilst every effort is made to offer the widest style selection, at the best prices, fastest delivery, we do not underwrite , warranty or guarantee shipping services and times. We only use large reputable national & international companies to deliver goods to 46 countries but we do not in anyway , shape or form control the shipping companies delivery times and methods of delivery. We do not control the delivery method these companies use and sadly can not control damage to packages in transit.
Every effort is made to speed up your orders but if you have time restraints, gift deadlines or holiday plans and need your product in a hurry , it is suggested you opt for Express Services and not Regular Shipping Services to avoid disappointment.
All packages are insured, we do warranty the arrival of the goods, just not a specific time. In order to make any claims on our insurance, we must wait 30 days from shipping date to lodge our claim and re ship orders. It is usual that with in this time frame, packages are either returned or tracked down . If not , then we will resend the goods after this time .
LOCAL DELIVERIES : If products are delivered with an AUTHORITY TO LEAVE ( ATL ) package on residential addresses , customers have up to 5 days to inform the shipper of any misplaced , lost or stolen packages. Notification of misplaced packages can not be entertained, tracked or claimed after this time. Customers will be informed of package dispatch and estimated arrival by email on dispatch. Customers have up to 5 days to make any claims after delivery. Claims after this time frame will not be entertained.
The delivery times provided by us are estimates only. Our Company will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries. In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock permints.
The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying us within 5 working days of receiving the goods should there be a fault. We will replace faulty goods.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide an accurate address. We hold no responsibility in instances when an incorrect address is provided and goods are missing or lost as a result of dispatching to the incorrect address that has been supplied.
Some international orders may incur additional charges, fees , taxes or local government importation charges. We do not have any control nor can we cost into our products these charges from the 46 countries we ship to. These charges greatly vary between countries. We are unable to advise what they will be , as it is based on your own countries importation regulations & compliance’s. For further information, please contact your local customs importation office. All or any local charges are to paid by the customer on delivery of order and are not the responsibility of the our company. Returned goods for reason of non paid charges, taxes or fees will not be refuned.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns on full price items for full refund from 60 days of purchase. (less shipping fees) . Refunds on items outside this time can not be entertained .
Exchanges of size, colour or style must be repurchased. Send back your old product for a refund . We do not permit product swaps, exchanges or switches.
We do not accept refunds on discounted or promotional products. Returns must be in as new condition with tags attached in the box supplied so as to prevent damage to the goods. We recommend sending returns via economy airmail not express or international courier. We do not accept responsibility for customers returns that are either lost, stolen or undelivered items. We do not accept any returns on used, worn , or trialed products . We do not extend warranty to any products we sell due to the nature of the products sold . Warranty issues on product can we discussed directly with the manufacturer of of the goods should customers request.
RETURNS ARE NOT AVAILABLE ON PROMOTIONAL / DISCOUNTED ITEMS, RACING OR EVENT HATS , MADE TO ORDER ITEMS ( e.g. AKUBRA SPECIAL ORDER HATS).
Multiple exchanges or orders are subject to the same terms. Refunds will be automatically refunded to your credit card or your Pay Pal accounts but do not included shipping fees unless the mistake is that of the company and agreed in writing before hand.
Faulty goods will be dealt with as per the manufacturer’s warranty and repaired or replaced at this companies cost. The economy cost postage fees for faulty or damaged returned merchandise will be reimbursed on presentation of invoice to a maximum cost of up to AUD 15.00 by Australian Post or an equivalent economy postagal service. A RETURN AUTHORISATION FORM MUST BE COMPLETED TO PROCESS A REFUND OF ECONOMY SHIPPING COSTS. Express couriers, personalised couriers, personal delivery, express, same day or premium service fees will not be re imbursed without the companies prior written approval. Returned Product costs such as these will not be refunded with out express written authorisation from our company. Refunds for these costs must be agreed prior to dispatch of goods.

Refunds on full priced items are done online to your credit card and can take up to 7 to 10 days for your bank to recognize and process.
Refunds are processed in our warehouse weekly. Returns that are damaged will incur a steaming/shaping/pressing fee of $25 if the product can be repaired. Items that arrive damaged beyond repair will not be refunded. We do not offer refunds or store credits on damaged returned items. We value our customers business and therefore only ship out goods that are 100% undamaged and in brand new condition.

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Cancelling an Order
Once your order is complete it’s instantly sent to our dispatch system to begin picking your items and getting them shipped to you as soon as possible. This leaves a fairly short window in which we can cancel or remove items from your order. If your product has not already been dispatched we will do all we can to cancel your order for you. Our warehouse works 6 days a week, 12 hours a day to pick , pack and dispatch orders quickly. We have multiple courier collections daily.
If we were too quick and your item has already been dispatched from our warehouse you are welcome to return the product on receipt of it. There will be a Returns form in your package. We cannot guarantee it will be possible to reach your order in time, but the faster you contact us the better.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Prices are subject to change without notice. Any promotional prices can not be retrospectively deducted or refunded on full priced items. There may be duties and taxes added to your package by the destination country. Customers will be responsible for these upon delivery and are not included in your order total. All credit cards are charged in Australian Dollars. Non-Australian currency figures are all approximations based on an exchange rate on that particular day.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
We have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Claims
Any claims against goods, wear and tear, missed , lost or stolen goods or returns for exchanges have a 30 day limit on all such occurrences. If you order goods through our website, we have the right to refuse any claim or exchange after 30 days has passed from date of receipt of goods. We can not entertain claims, lost , stolen, wrongly ordered, wrongly receipted, wrongly packaged, wrongly sized goods after this time period of 30 days from order placement. We can not accept claims on returned or re posted goods that do not arrive.
Packaging.
We have over 18 years of mail order and 10 years internet sales experience. We pack all products with care and protection where possible. We can not control the condition of the packaging on arrival as ther are over 75 processes for international shipments and 25 processes for Australian delivery of product . We pack to try and cover every eventuality , place Fragile on all boxes and use inner box support where possible .
Express :
All express items are packaged in a Satchel with bubble wrap.
Regular :
Regular items are placed in satchels or boxes with crown supports and bubble wrap where possible. We use a balance between volumetric costs and protection of product. If you receive a damaged product in transit, you must inform us 3 days upon receipt of package. Please send an image or document of the damaged box / product and we will file a suitable insurance claim and replace the product. Damages will not be entertained after 3 days of goods receipted . We cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery address.

We do not refund ‘Made To Order’ – Sale or Promotional items – Racing / Event wear.
In order to serve you most efficiently, we do NOT offer merchandise exchanges / swaps / creidts – you’ll get the right size, color or style fastest if you simply place a second order. Once we receive your return, we’ll credit your account. Please include your order number and name with your returned item so we can process the refund for you straight away! Frequently Asked Questions
When will my refund be processed?
We process refunds weekly on a Wednesday. PayPal refunds take 24 hours to process back to your account. Credit Cards can take up to 5 days to process funds back into your account depending on your bank. We bank with Westpac Bank. If clients also bank with Westpac Bank, it will be faster. International Banks may charge a surcharge for International transactions that are beyond our control.
Can I return Sale Items?
Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds on Sale Items – Store credit can be given instead.
Can I return Racing or Event Hats?
Unfortunately not – event or racing hats are not refund or exchangeable.
How much will it cost me to return a product for a refund?
The buyer is responsible to pay the postage to get the product back to us. Postage costs vary depending on which service and company you choose.
Will my postage be refunded?
No postage amount will be refunded unless incorrect or faulty goods were sent out.
If faulty or incorrect goods were sent out a Return Authorisation Form must be completed prior to returning goods.
Do I need to contact you to let you know I am returning a product for a refund?
No , it is not necessary to contact us. Just fill out your order number and name with the returned product and pop the product in the post to return to us.
How soon do I have to return a product?
You have up to 60 days from time of purchase to the time of receipt of the returned product .
