Michelle has been Hairdressing for 27 years. It has always been a dream of hers to own her own salon and has now since 2010.  “The satisfaction of being able to help train staff & pass on my knowledge to them is fantastic and to also be able to give my undivided attention to each and everyone of our wonderful clients is very fulfilling!” Michelle is always staying up to date with the latest hair trends & always has her finger on the pulse.

Gemma – Senior Stylist

Gemma enjoys making her clients feel better about themselves & their hair. She also enjoys creating a new style especially suited to you. Gemma strives to constantly update her skill level & loves learning new techniques by continually attending various seminars & workshops. Gemma has been hairdressing now for 7 years.

Karly – Senior Stylist

Karly is back!

Karly has been hairdressing for 10 years. As a local girl she knows just what our clientele loves. Always bright & bubbly, Karly is keen to help you achieve the overall look you set out to accomplish. Dubbed our Blowdry Queen don’t forget to ask for her when you have that next special occasion to attend.

Caitlyn –  Junior Stylist 

Caitlyn is the backbone to our salon, helping us run smoothly & assisting wherever is required. Caitlyn has been apart of Awen Hair design ever since Michelle started. She will always be happy to answer any questions, make that next appointment or even blowdry your hair for.
