Postage
Yummy Mummies & Mini Me uses Australia Post for all Australian orders.

We have multiple postage rates for our products. Our larger items will specify on it’s product page if the postage is more than our capped rate of $9.00. So unless specified in it’s product page, we have two postage rates for our products.

Postage will be calculated upon checkout, but you will notice the postage cost added in your shopping bag balance straight away.

If you are purchasing one small item, for example; a hair clip or a pair of Huggalugs, the postage rate is $4.50 and sent to you via regular post (within Australia). For all other orders (within Australia), including multiple small items, the postage rate is $9.00.

Any Australian orders over $200.00 will be posted to you with no added postage cost.

Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery and please note that some stock may be sent to you directly from our supplier on our behalf.

We are more than happy to post to our New Zealand and other international customers. Please contact us to receive a quote for postage costs.

Returns

We hope you love your new purchase, but if for some reason you are not completely satisfied, we will be happy to exchange or refund the item price. You must however; return your goods within 14 working days of the dispatch date. The original postage cost is not refundable.

The item must be in the original condition, unworn, with all tags attached.

In the unlikely event that the item is faulty, and you wish to return your item, we will refund the item price and postage costs (pending inspection and assessment).

We regret we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on sale items, so please choose carefully.
