“Went to Ringwood Baby Bunting today (09/01/2017) at 3:35pm. The sales lady with brownish yellow hair, a bit slim and tall treated us unfairly. We asked for help to learn more about a particular pram. She reluctantly attended to our query before jumping enthusiastically to a Caucasian customer, leaving us unattended and asking us to wait until she finish with that customer. We were there first and had waited for our turn. Maybe because of our appearance or looks or even ethnicity? Normally the other staff there are friendly and helpful but definitely not this one. Should ask her name.”
