I think the human body is an amazing thing. I also love the human spirit.

Not too long ago, after years of being a Chef, I decided to merge my two passions and dedicate my life to massage and healing.

Which is why I’m extremely happy to announce, after completing a Nationally recognised two year course in Remedial Massage Therapy, that I am now pursuing my passion professionally.

Encouraged by universal praise from my hundreds of hours of on the job training, I have created Back1st and developed a very individual approach to treating each body.

I also recognise that my education is never complete, which is why I’m always learning new skills

Remedial Massage

I specifically focus on getting results for your particular injury and managing your injury through to recovery.

Sports Massage

Is used to reduces the risk of injury, reduce soreness after training, decreases recovery time, helping to prepare athletes for events and remove dysfunction and tension post event.

Deep Tissue Massage

With this massage I go beyond the surface of the skin into the underlying soft tissue to treat deeper muscle. This massage is generally firm with deep slow strokes using the hands,palms, fingers and elbows.

Stress Relief Massage

My  Signature Massage is highly recommended for relieving stress and fatigue from the body caused through everyday stress and strain. It blends a variety of massage styles while focusing on the back. neck, shoulders, head, feet and hands. Stretching is also included in this massage to assist with improving range of motion.
