Launched in 1996, Australian fashion power-house Bardot employs more than 600 people and creates in excess of 1,000 of the hottest fashion styles for women every year. We only use Express Post because we know that fast fashion can’t wait. With an affordable flat rate cost of $9.95 for all orders under $80, the goods are delivered straight to your door. Easy.

Orders over $80 receive FREE EXPRESS DELIVERY (within Australia).

Express Delivery:
Place your order before 2pm to receive your items in 1-2 business days for major metro areas and capital cities.

Orders placed after 2pm will be sent by the following business day. We deliver with Australia Post Express post service and it can take up to 1-2 business days for the parcel to reach you. Express post service only applies to major metro areas and capital cities.

We now offer our Melbourne fashionistas a same day delivery option to over 460 postcodes in Melbourne & surrounding areas, so shopping for that last minute outfit doesn’t have to be a drama! Simply select the option at checkout Monday through to Friday between 8am and 2:00pm for only $16 flat rate courier fee and let us do the rest.

WHAT IF I AM NOT AVAILABLE TO SIGN FOR THE PARCEL?
If nobody is in to sign for the parcel, your item will be returned to Bardot HQ and we will refund your item but not delivery charge. To save any disappointment and possible delay in receiving your package, we recommend sending your purchase to your workplace.

Please double check your delivery address before submitting your order as Bardot does not accept responsibility for lost parcels.

We offer great delivery rates to our friends across the Tasman. Just submit your order by 2pm AEST and you’ll receive your DHL parcel at your door within 2-5 business days.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DISPATCH AN ORDER?
Not long at all! Orders are processed and sent daily except for weekends and public holidays. Any order placed on a weekend or public holiday will be processed and sent the following business day.

COMBINING ORDERS 
CAN I COMBINE LADIES AND JUNIOR ORDERS?
Bardot can combine Bardot and Bardot Junior online purchases. All you have to do is add the items to the shopping bag on the site you are currently shopping on. Go to the other section; continue shopping and then checkout with the items in your shopping bag. Only one delivery fee will be charged.

TRACKING
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes, orders can easily be tracked. Head to our ‘track my order’ page and follow the links from there.

OTHER INFORMATION, EXCLUSIONS & CONDITIONS
Authority to Leave (ATL): 
Although we do not recommend leaving orders unattended when not home to accept delivery, you may request this service with any delivery. You may do this by placing a short note in the order comments section found on our checkout page. ‘Please leave order if not home’ will suffice.

Please Note:
By choosing to provide ATL we will NOT be able to offer any further assistance if your order is lost or subsequently goes missing after it has been deemed delivered by the carrier.

Exclusions & Conditions:

Delivery (free or otherwise) can only be extended to areas reachable through our standard carriers and may exclude extremely remote locations. If unsure please check with us before ordering. We reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot be delivered at reasonable cost.
Please ensure suitable provisions are in place to handle your delivery when it arrives. Our freight costs do not cover instances whereby the driver cannot complete delivery due to unforeseen problems preventing delivery.

ONLINE EXCHANGES
Firstly, you can see if you’re eligible for an exchange by checking the points below:

Goods were purchased from Bardot Online or Bardot Junior Online
Goods are within 14 days of purchase and are with the original receipt
The item is not an accessory, hosiery, lingerie or swimwear. Bardot cannot offer exchanges on those products for hygiene reasons
The item is not worn, washed, used, soiled or damaged by you
If the above conditions are met, please fill in an exchange form and send your purchase/s back to the online store with the original receipt. The exchange form should have arrived with your parcel, but if you can’t find it, you can download the returns form here.

ONLINE REFUNDS
To obtain a refund you must meet these return policies;

Goods were purchased from Bardot Online or Bardot Junior Online
Goods must be returned within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt
Item was not purchased at sale/promotional price
Item is not an accessory, hosiery, lingerie or swimwear
Item has not been worn, washed, used, soiled or damaged by the customer

Currently, online purchases can only be refunded via the online store. Bardot stand-alone stores cannot issue refunds, only credit notes.  We are looking into changing this to make life easier for our customers. We’ll keep you posted.

BARDOT ONLINE DENIM RETURNS

Jeans! It’s so important to get the perfect fit. That’s why we want you to Buy and Try Risk Free!

You can exchange or return full priced denim purchases free of charge (only available within Australia and on full price denim).

If you would like to return an item, simply email us at customerservice@bardot.com.au

You will then be sent a PDF file which will need to be printed out and taken to any Australia Post depot of your choice, along with your denim.

You must let us know you intend to exchange or return your order within 7 days of delivery and return the item to us within 7 days of receiving your PDF file.

Your satisfaction is key, so please familiarise yourself with the following conditions:

Although you may try on an item, all return products must be in new and unused condition, with all tags attached
Returns and exchanges for international purchases, or sale/promotional items, must be returned at the customer’s expense
Limit of two returns per denim purchase

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS POLICY
Overseas customers have 28 days to return their items for exchange or refund and follow the same conditions as above.

The exchange form should have arrived with your parcel, but if you can’t find it, you can download the exchange form here.

Please note: Customers must cover the costs to return the parcel. If an exchange is required, Bardot will re-ship at a discounted rate.

CREDIT NOTES
We can also issue you with a credit note, available for you to use in store or online. Credit notes will be available for you to redeem immediately online, however credit notes can only be redeemed in store the day after they have been issued.

FAULTY ITEMS
All goods are inspected before we send them off to you, to make sure they are in excellent condition and we’re careful to pack, to minimise chance of damage during transit. If you do receive a damaged or defective item, please contact a member of our Customer Service Team on 1300 466526 or +61 3 9420 7971 (if calling from overseas) immediately.

WRONG ORDER SENT

Payment & Verification

PAYMENT
As far as credit cards go, we accept Visa, MasterCard and Amex. Other payments include eGift Card, credit notes and of course, Paypal

We do not accept money orders, bank cheques or payment in kind.

We recommend linking your PayPal account to your bank account if you do not have a credit card.

VERIFICATION
We know that our customers work hard for their money and so to reduce the risk of online credit fraud, we may request additional information from you from time to time. It’s not personal and requests for ID are chosen by our systems at random.

To reduce the risk of online credit card fraud, Bardot may request additional information to process an online order. A small charge may be charged to your account for verification purposes, however the amount will be refunded as soon as the order has been successfully verified. Customers will be notified via email if further information is needed.

Bardot reserves the right to cancel the order and process a refund if necessary.

We hope it gives you peace of mind that we respect your personal information as much as you do and stop thieves from spending your hard earned cash. If we aren’t satisfied with the verification offered, Bardot reserves the right to cancel the order and process a refund if necessary.

Any additional identification obtained will be destroyed once approval is granted.
