“The first time I came here was to ask about their eyelashes I dealt with the nicest staff and left having nothing but good vibes about basane. However the next time I came in a went to use there solariums. The staff working at this stage was just not nice at all. Acted as if they were way better then anyone that came in. At the time I just thought you know what I\’ll use the beds I\’m here now they might just be having a bad day. So I asked them for a bottle of one of their maximizer lotions so without me realizing they sells me a bronzer! I guess I should have checked but was it so crazy for me to have the idea in my head that they would actually give me the product I asked for?!? Safe to say I will not be recommending basane to anyone. Shame this one staff ruined it.”
