Bayswater City Plumbing is a new and innovative plumbing company, directed by Lewis Chave.   Lewis has lived and worked in Sydney as a maintenance plumber for a well-known plumbing company, operating in Sydney’s busy north shore and eastern suburbs.  His experience has led him to have a clear understanding of the modern customer’s needs, and his passion is to simply to offer all customers the best available plumbing services and solutions.  Lewis grew up in Perth, and is a proud part of the Bayswater community.

Interesting fact:
The Bayswater area was established in 1898, and the original Bayswater Plumber was an expert in lead and clay pipes as well as log fired water heating.  In those days this was not so unheard of, but thank goodness Bayswater Plumbing has come a long way!

From quick fixes to full renovations, we are able to offer a full range of kitchen services.  We are able to perform isolation work on your hot, cold, gas, and waste pipes, so you can remove your cupboards, and have further renovation work completed.  Once done, we then give you a fixed price to come back and reconnect everything including your sink, dishwasher and new tap ware when it’s all ready. Easy.

Bayswater City Plumbing understands how important it is to have access to hot water.  We prioritise coming out to replace and repair hot water systems, so you’re not stuck without hot water.

We will always give you multiple options for replacement such as replacing the existing model, or changing to more efficient one.

Dripping Taps
Drip. Drip. Annoying yet?
The most common dripping tap will likely be your shower and basin due to high use.  Shower taps tend to be over tightened because people see water dripping from the head directly after a shower.

The best option is for Bayswater City Plumbing to do a full service of the offending taps, including the replacement of jumper valves, o rings, and body washers, as well as applying re-greasing and silicon behind the tap flange to prevent the ingress of water behind tiles.
