“They are not the sharpest tool in the shed! Turned up late both times. The first time they claimed they were out the front of my house and actually wasn’t. When I rang they claimed to be in the right street but wrong suburb (turns out there is no such street in the suburb they claimed to be in). The job was a small, simple one but I reckon if I had the right tools I could have done a better job myself! Upon finishing I asked them to seal a section of my verandah guttering that was leaking. They did not do it as I had requested saying it was better if they did it their way. They took an extra $20 for their extra 2 minute effort. I now have a dodgy looking downpipe and my verandah is still leaking. I called them back to come and fix the leak properly and also messaged several times but they will not respond.”
