What is Be Mobile Physiotherapy?  

We are a Sydney based mobile physiotherapy service, who specifically work with older people. We are dedicated to all aspects of healthy ageing. Though if we were to play favourites, our true love is working in prevention. We are passionate about preventing a decline in your mobility to help maintain your independence. Much of our work is in the Northern areas of Sydney (Northern Beaches, North Shore) but our Be Mobile Physio Program is delivered Sydney wide.

We are a small business with a big goal! That is, to facilitate a healthy, positive and independent ageing experience. One that allows you to live in your own home and stay active in your local community.

Who is Be Mobile Physiotherapy?

The man behind the company is physiotherapist Mitch de Mestre. After many years of working as a physiotherapist in various settings, one thing that stood out to Mitch was the enormous difference physiotherapy could make to those wishing to remain independent at home and in their community. However he saw that quick and easy  access to these services was limited so he decided to create the business himself and Be Mobile Physiotherapy was born.

In the early days Mitch covered just the Northern Beaches of Sydney and did all of the consulting himself. But as the word has spread about our unique in-home services our team and service areas have expanded. But rest assured our friendly and fun small business attitude has remained!

All of our physiotherapists are as equally passionate about delivering a high quality service to our clients. We Iike to keep the fun in what we do and strongly believe that the ageing process can and should, be an enjoyable and positive experience
