“am a regular client of BeauBelle and have been going there for over 7 years now. I have tried a variety of services over the years, including waxing, a few facial packages (AHA and microdermabrasions) and several other packages (combinations of massage, body scrub, body wrap, manicure & pedicure, facial etc). I have always been impressed by the service given at BeauBelle and feel Ken Ken and her staff are friendly, thorough and professional. I have referred a number of family and friends to Beau Belle, and those who have gone (my sister, mum and aunty) all share the same view. In my opinion, if you treat Ken Ken with respect and kindness she will do the same. She is a lovely lady and I’m quite shocked to read some of the below reviews. She often accommodates me with near to no notice and also went out of her way to help my mother when she was battling terminal cancer. I have tried a number of other beauty salons over the years and more often than not leave disappointed. I feel I have wasted my money, as they never give the same level of attention to a particular job. BeauBelle may not be the most extravagantly laid out salon in Perth but it is most definitely clean, tidy, comfortable and has all the necessary amenities. “I have been going to Beaubelle Beauty Clinic now for over three years, Last year I went every fortnight. One fortnight I had a Facial and the next fortnight a package of Facial, Massage, mini Pedicure and mini Manicure. I started by purchasing two packages on Deals.com.au and have continued since – whenever they have a deal advertised I buy two. I have had the wrap and scrub and used the steam room and sauna but I prefer not to have them. I have found all the staff very nice and do not understand the negative comments. I am a senior woman and have been having beauty treatments since living in Asia in my twenties. I have visited a lot of salons in England, France, Asia, The Eastern States and in Western Australia.I have always considered this my ‘me’ time. I do not understand the very negative comments posted by clients.”

“Very disappointed. Service was rushed and I was done 20 minutes earlier than expected. I got the voucher for micro, and not even a minute was spent on the cleansing, really poor job. Kan Kan was more concerned about upselling than doing a proper cleanse, and kept trying to upsell throughout the treatment. I did not feel relaxed. The massage at the end was the best part but unfortunately that did not last long. I should have been given a longer cleanse or massage to compensate for the 20 minutes.”

“I received a scoopon gift voucher for my birthday from my partner and daughter which was a lovely gift, I thought. I’m sitting here contemplating if I should fudge the truth to them so as not to make them feel badly about my experience at this salon. I never right complaints but this place needs to be schooled on how to pamper people. From the moment I walked in they were trying to up-sell, which doesn’t make anyone comfortable and my lesson in micro took about 15-20 minutes of my 2.5 hour package. I was asked to have a body scrub before my massage, that would cost me an extra $25 because “it’s gross for her therapist when people have lotion on their skin”. I was appalled and at that time wanted to walk out. Not once during her up-selling speech was I asked about allergies or medical conditions, which is protocol in every western salon I’ve ever been to. It was rushed and noisy and I was given my pedicure and manicure at the same time as my micro before my message, so my nails are all smudged because they weren’t dry. I was also asked once more if I wanted to pay for a better mask as the normal one wouldn’t work on my skin, that would’ve cost me another $25. They then left me between procedures a good 20 minutes or more, so I’d say 50min or more was spent waiting for them or listening to them try to up-sell a product. The two therapists were both very nice, but not skilled at their jobs as I know when someone has been trained in massage and beauty therapy because of my extensive spa experience around the world. I did hear other clients that seemed to be repeat regulars that were very happy with the services provided, but I will not be going back EVER and I will be sending this complaint to Scoopon asking for my partners money back. Note to anyone, don’t go to this place and expect a relaxing time.”
