“I don’t know how they can run business in Macquarie Shopping Centre. The designer who is a Korean lady did a very rough and rush job for me. She contiuned promoting wash and blow dry which is added up more moeny than cut. I am very upset by her skills and service attitude and I walked out with the hair style I don’t like. If you are looking for unhappy experience and strange hair styles, here is the place you could visite.”

“Very unprofessional and extremely disappointing. I always love to give people the benefit of a doubt if at all they did a decent job at one time but this has got me thinking otherwise. Went in for a hair cut and the polite lady barber was attending to someone and she called the other guy who usually cuts men hair and he said he would be down in a bit. A few minutes later he shows up and looks down at me and the other client getting his hair cut and he goes back to chat with his fellow employees. So I sit and wait for the polite lady barber to finish with her client but 10 mins later another client comes in. The lady barber asks the guy barber to come down but he just could not be bothered till she says there are more clients waiting. When he finally comes he cuts my hair in a hurry and makes it seem like we are bothering him. He made it worse by messing up my hair line. Maybe its because I went in in the last hour before closing.”
