“I am very disappointed with Beautique Tuggerah I have been there regularly to have my eyebrows waxed but stopped in yesterday afternoon at 4.30pm and although they had no clients at the time they would not take me in for a quick 10min appt as they were cleaning the rooms ready for close. I then called to see if I could come back this morning, they had an appt. at 10.45am but it is there policy apparently to take pre-payment for Sunday’s I did not have a credit card on me so asked if I could come up any pay in person but was told they were balancing the til, when I got frustrated and asked if I could have the appt. They said yes but they couldn’t guarantee it without the pre-payment. I have two babies under 18months and an important appointment at lunch today, I will not be going back to Beautique again I found this experience incredibly ridiculous.”

“The workers were lovely, I was a bit nervous 1st time getting a massage and facial, the ladies were lovely and calming. They explained everything and made sure you were as comfortable as they could possibly make you. Definitely recommend this place if your in the area!”

“Your salon is set up very nicely but that didn’t stop the therapist from ruining my eyebrows or wiping her noes during my wax and tint, which is so disgustingly unhygienic!! If your are unwell or sick, don’t come into work. Totally uneven eyebrows, tint is patchy, I am so unhappy, it’s my birthday tomorrow and I look like a bloody goose!! HOPELESS”
