“Did not have a pleasant experience. Arrived at 2pm for my booked appointment (2pm) and did not get seen until 2.25pm. They do not stock blonde tint and when I was assured the light brown tint would do the same if left on for a shorter period of time, I ended up with extremely dark brows. Not only that, but I asked for a high arch brow and for parts to not be touched and they were ‘accidentally’ touched. I left with only one brow done and had to go to another salon to get them fixed. Whilst I was there I saw a lady with eyelash tint all over her eye lid and another lady that was unhappy with her eyebrow colour. Would not recommend.”
