“Disapointed experience…My lash lift was not as expected, was told after the procedure that because I had fine lashes it did not turn out right. (they were sparse and curling over themselves) However I would have expected a professional to review this before the lash lift was done and not advise it. My eyebrow tint was very dark, as most are to begin with however, after getting home and gently removing excess tint with a makeup removing cleanser it came off fine. I also wanted to pay cash and was told that she had left her wallet at home so had no change, so I had to pay card. Not what I would expect from such a professional looking business such as this. Lastly I was told to wait an extra 10 minutes till her phone had charged enough so she could take a “after” picture. Overall I have managed to fix my lashes after applying some healing oil and removing the tint myself at home but my initial “walk out the door” impression was terrible. I did not feel pretty (as you should after getting your lashes and eyebrows done) or well looked after.”
