“Bought the voucher from Scoopon which include facial, manicure and pedicure. Voucher did not indicate that it’s not valid for evening and weekends. When called in June to make appointment, they said weekends appointment are fully book till Dec 2011 (the date after voucher expired) I think they should have been upfront and allow those who can go during weekday to buy instead. Finally able to make an appointment for Thursday 11am. Upon arrival, they started filing my nails and then told me to wait for the other staff to paint the nails. Waited for 15mins and then moved upstairs for facial. The other staff paint my nails while I was being prep for facial. First time having manicure and pedicure done while lying down. I do understand it’s an express manicure and pedicure service but to just paint the nails without base coat and top coat is just ridiculous coming from the professionals. Facial was basic cleanse, scrub, massage and moisturise which is acceptable as it’s at a discounted price. Would not have paid full price for it. No toner, no extraction. Steaming is done for the sake of showing rather than serving its main purpose. Salon is old and the staff had to whisper all the time so as not to disturb other customers as there are ceiling gaps between each partition.”

“Poor customer service & satisfaction. Expensive salon for the quality of service. Was quoted one price on the phone and charged nearly double after the service (spray tan) was performed. Dissapointing.”
